    Coordinate discovery and development across 8-10 product teams while leading a senior Definition Team (Principal UX, Researcher, 2 Engineering Resources) and mentoring 5-10 PMs.

  • Led implementation of custom Salesforce CRM for +8K users ; 0-1 product development effort including 2 pilot markets and 30 beta users.

  • Defined product strategy, managed site ops, and led Agile ceremonies for global B2B Community platform of 25K users across EMEA, APAC, and North America. Led 17-month redesign effort including AI/ML search implementation and Salesforce integration.

    Managed Business Analyst and directed 3 full-stack onshore developers, Quality Analyst, and Data Analyst. Leveraged Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other data tools to experiment and continuously improve SaaS experience.

  • Leveraged Salesforce KB and Community solutions to drive support call volumes down. Trained specialists at Best Buy HQ in Minneapolis, MN.

    Managed third party call center and optimized Community site content using case data to proactively address issues and improve training.

  • Worked with 3 volunteer developers to build an app in conjunction with the non-profit organization I founded. Provided requirements, QA testing, and iterated app experience based on user feedback.
